The purpose of a Property Condition Assessment is to determine the general condition of the building and site and provide our clients with a detailed report on the physical condition of the property and our estimate of future costs and liabilities. The assessment involves an on-site walkthrough of all accessible areas of the property, as well as a review of all available construction documents, public records and maintenance records. The Property Condition Assessment Report is prepared in accordance with ASTM E2018-01 guidelines.
