Cary Spiegel directed the plan review and redesign for the Plainsboro, NJ Municipal Complex. The program for this project was to replace the existing administration building, which had become severely outdated. The new complex includes a separate 16,000 sf library building. Across the plaza is the municipal building, built over the previous building's foundations. This houses the police station, courtroom and Township administration offices, and has a separate wing for a multipurpose meeting room used for voting, social functions and various community functions.
